- No Returns on Opened Products
Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene and safety reasons:
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund
This applies to both domestic (India) and international orders - Damaged or Incorrect Products
We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
You receive a damaged product
You receive an incorrect product than what you ordered
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

In case of approved refunds due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping costs will be covered by Velour Fits - International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are non-refundable
Velour Fits is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance - Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded - Policy Updates
