Refund & Returns Policy – Velour Fits

At Velour Fits, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Each product is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Returns on Opened Products
    Due to the nature of perfumes and for hygiene and safety reasons:
    Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund
    This applies to both domestic (India) and international orders
  2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
    We offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
    You receive a damaged product
    You receive an incorrect product than what you ordered
    To be eligible:
    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
    The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    Clear unboxing video/photos are required as proof
  3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

    Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. Refund Method
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
    Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  5. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges are non-refundable
    In case of approved refunds due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping costs will be covered by Velour Fits
  6. International Orders
    Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are non-refundable
    Velour Fits is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
  7. Cancellations
    Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped
    Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
  8. Policy Updates
    Velour Fits reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
